Rojano, | not happy I ordered 3 shadow boxes that I was going to give as Christmas presents. The quality of the frames themselves were fantastic, I was very happy with them. Unfortunately they sent the wrong foam core backing (I ordered black, but they sent white) so I had to spend another $16 on Amazon to purchase the correct colour. I tried to reach out to them via phone call numerous times, but nobody ever answered. I even left a voice mail and nobody got back to me. Overall, happy with frames, but hard to contact them if issues arise.
KL, | couldn't be happier They did everything I could have asked for. They spent the time to help me figure out which photo\'s had enough resolution to print on the large size I wanted and which photos would work for which sizes. They were honest with me if they thought a picture would not look good. My canvas were at my door in one, in 6 business days. They were packaged very well to ensure there was no damage. I couldn\'t be happier with my experience and the product they produced. I would use them again without a doubt and would recommend them for anyone wanting to get a canvas print.
